Customers ordering eligible personalized products may upload one JPG or PNG image and provide font and design instructions. Direct website purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Snarky Cat Boutique does not receive or store your complete payment-card information. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction data under its own privacy policy. Personalization choices and uploaded files are connected to the order so Annie can make the requested item. Purchases made separately through Etsy remain subject to Etsy’s policies.
How long data is retained
Comments and associated metadata may be retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be recognized. Contact, blog-subscription, newsletter, and order-related information may be retained as needed for communication, administration, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and customer service.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of personal data held directly by Snarky Cat Boutique, subject to information that must be retained for administrative, legal, security, or contractual purposes. Requests concerning data held by Etsy or another provider should also be directed to that provider.
